When I first began my journey, I didn’t understand what was happening to me. I didn’t know what support existed, or even what kind of help I needed. That uncertainty is something many people face and it’s exactly why we’re committed to breaking the stigma and amplifying awareness.
We believe everyone deserves access to support, clarity, and community.
That’s why KG GARMS donates 5% of profits to Mind — a leading mental health charity doing incredible work to support those in need. Every purchase you make helps fund life-changing services:
- £20 could run Side by Side, Mind’s online peer support community, for an hour — helping people connect and feel less alone.
- £40 could help Mind’s Infoline answer calls, offering someone vital support and information.
- £50 could help campaign for better mental health services from the Government, ensuring people get the help they need, when they need it.
